Jerry was really great! He diagnosed the issue quickly, then he explained the problem in laymen’s terms so I could understand, then offered solutions. He was extremely nice and courteous. He finished the job the next day because he had to purchase a part. I would recommend his company to anyone needing HVAC services!!

Highly recommend Jerry from Best Option HVAC! My heater was not working, and he arrived at my house a few hours after I called. He needed a part and came back the next day installed and heat is back up! Very responsive, thorough, and professional. He was great at explaining everything and even gave me some tips. I would highly recommend Jerry. My furness is about 22 years old and will be calling Jerry once it needs replacing. Hard to find prompt, honest, and quality service.

I contacted Jerry to install a heat pump for one of the rooms in our house. He had previously done work for my in laws and did a good job. Jerry promptly provided a quote that was reasonable. After considering the offer for several months, I followed up with jerry to move forward. He was very prompt and was able to complete the job within 2 days.
