She hears you out in regards of what your vision for your lashes are and she will give you suggestions according to the shape of your eyes and the health, and condition of your lashes! Tracey, the owner and stylist was top notch. I learned more about my hair than I ever have in my 50+ years. She explained how to care for my hair, which products and tools would be beneficial to help my hair become healthier and to achieve the style she created. She worked with my fine hair and was able to guide me to a style that looked good (if I do say so myself) and met my needs of low maintenance.

She truly understood the products that she sells and is passionate about being eco-friendly, cruelty-free and vegan.

As I was leaving she gave me a brochure of the products she used so I wouldn't forget. Of course, they now have it in their system but it was nice to walk off with the information. I never felt pressured to purchase any of the products or book the next appointment.
