“I went in for a lash lift and tint. It was my first time having someone touch my face, let alone my eyes. Claudia walked me through step by step and even showed me all the utensils that would be used during the service. The room was clean, and the table was extremely comfortable to lie on for an hour while my lashes processed. I enjoyed the music she had playing in the background, but she is also okay with you putting your own music or storybook on. She made me feel so comfortable during the process, and the results were everything I was hoping for! Fanta did my cornrow braids and she was amazing, very professional, gentle, and super nice throughout the whole process. She took her time and made sure everything looked neat and clean. “the staff varies quite a bit in skill. the standout is definitely gayatri. infinite stars for her. she’s very careful, knowledgeable about eyebrow shapes, and really pays attention to symmetry, which makes a big difference.

unfortunately, the other workers i’ve had tend to be rough with their hands or end up messing up my eyebrows completely. if you want a clean, precise threading, i definitely recommend asking for gayatri specifically.“

“A friend introduced me to Beauty Lab Salon and has been a client ever since. Even though I live in New York City, I've been coming to the salon for years. Initially, I visited for color, highlights, and cuts, but in the past couple of years, I've also been getting extensions done. I have to say, the service, professionalism, and knowledge at the salon are outstanding. It's such a welcoming and warm place. Ms. Monika is exceptional - she has the best knowledge when it comes to both coloring and extensions. I have very thin hair, but thanks to her, I've never had more beautiful hair. I couldn't help but notice a negative review by Karolina Charylo, and I was shocked by how she compared herself to people who are sick with cancer. I lost a family member to cancer, and I found her comments to be very cruel. It's important to note that having extensions is not just about adding hair to your head. It's crucial to gain knowledge and learn how to brush and take care of them; otherwise, you might end up damaging your hair. It's not just about how the hair is done but also about how you take care of it.
