I had mentioned earlier about a long wait time at VNA Healthcare (my 7 PM appointment started closer to 8 PM). Recently, the manager personally reached out, sincerely apologized, and explained the situation, which I truly appreciated. It shows they really care about their patients’ experience. The doctors here are always attentive, professional, and do a great job. I’m very satisfied with the care I receive and pleasantly surprised by how responsive and organized the team is. My mom forgot about my appointment, so we attempted a walk in with hope. When we got there we told a worker Michelle our issue and she helped us right away with a same day opening. So Thankful ?
