At VNA Health Care, patients receive exceptional service and care. The staff, including Dr. Robinson and other healthcare professionals, make patients feel comfortable and valued. The team is friendly, smiling, and provides great customer service. Even with unexpected walk-ins, the staff accommodates patients with same-day openings. Patients leave with a good experience, feeling thankful and cared for.
Came for an appointment I had set up online. Unfortunately it was the wrong date but never the less Anna Marie was very nice and helpful, while there she had grabbed all my information to make my actual appointment go smoothly.
I had mentioned earlier about a long wait time at VNA Healthcare (my 7 PM appointment started closer to 8 PM). Recently, the manager personally reached out, sincerely apologized, and explained the situation, which I truly appreciated. It shows they really care about their patients’ experience.
The doctors here are always attentive, professional, and do a great job. I’m very satisfied with the care I receive and pleasantly surprised by how responsive and organized the team is. Thank you, VNA Healthcare, for your kindness and professionalism! 🌸
My mom forgot about my appointment, so we attempted a walk in with hope. When we got there we told a worker Michelle our issue and she helped us right away with a same day opening. So Thankful ?
