“I have been going for 10 + years. My favorites are foot massage and 30 minute combo. I have done every 20 minute massage when shirt in time. I do fully clothes acupressure and to me way better than spa massages with out clothes. What it does for me releases pain point, relaxes muscles and lowers anxiety.“

I had broken my L-1 femure and also had problems with my left arm where I couldn't raise it very high and Dr Mira gave me exercises to do to help strengthen both the back and arm.
