They were very good to work with us because we had another groomer cancel day of and our dog really needed attention. Even though they were not able to groom him day of (Saturday), they were able to help us and give him a bath, blow dry, paw trim, nails, and tooth brushing. We have not been here in the past but I am considering making it our usual place.
Always feel comfortable dropping Junebug off for grooming! Staff are welcoming and caring in making the experience positive for Junebug! Great customer service and excellent service staff!!
I have taken my rescue dog here a handful of times and always have had a great experience. She’s extremely skittish and in unfamiliar environments does not like me to be out of her sight. We had an exceptionally great visit for a nail trim with Diego today. I was able to stand at the door to the salon so my pup could see me while I could hear Diego very calmly work on her nails & tell her how good of a girl she was being. She also appreciates that we can pick up some treats on our way out! Great place & even better staff - highly recommend!
