Another very good experience with Pillar. Annual checkup, cleaning and water pad installation (which I had done a poor job on myself). Fair price. Good work. Was able to schedule in less than a week. What more do you need?
Pillar, Thank you so much for being the professional, knowledgeable, most helpful company I have done business with in a long time. Travis came to my home after giving me a quote for a 1000$ repair only to let me know that my unit only needed a 70$ repair and this all happened after receiving a 1500$ quote from Pillar’s competition. Prime example of honesty, and integrity. Thanks Travis you found a customer for life.
Responsive, knowledgeable and honest, Travis and Adam are problem solvers! They looked into the warranty to replace parts on our unit instead of suggesting a new one, as the other company we had out had done. We appreciate them both for keeping us warm on one of the coldest days of the year. Highly recommend.
