Old school professionalism and pride of workmanship, that is what you get with Rudy and his sons. I was stunned at the intelligence, ability, attitude and efficiency with which they worked. I will be hiring them again to add hardwood to the rest of the house that is carpeted now.

Monroy flooring guys are the best! Rudy kept mixing stains for us to get the right color for our red oak floors so they weren’t so ‘red’. In addition, they put the color combination in their files, months later I needed to get it and they texted me with the color combination. The most excellent service of all our construction people and even better customer service! Family owned and wonderful guys to work with. They are not happy unless you are happy. Highly recommend.

We hired the team at Monroy Hardwood Flooring to install hardwood floors in our home and are so happy with the result. Initially we were leaning toward luxury vinyl and received quotes from three other companies. Still not sold on the options from the quotes we received, I decided to get a fourth and that's when I came across Monroy. RJ was very easy to work with.
