They are real professionals, really know what they're doing, and explained things to us throughout each step of the project. They have over 30 yrs experience which was obvious as they really knew what they were doing. We contacted Monroy Hardwood Flooring based on its website and positive reviews. From the start, communication with the team was exemplary. Rudy was able to visit our home right away and provide an estimate for refinishing our maple floors. We chose the buff and coat process due to some time constraints, and we couldn’t be happier! During our decision-making process Rudy and his sons maintained text communication and were able to accommodate our somewhat complicated schedule. We had very damaged wood floors in this home. The professionalism of the team from Monroy Hardwood flooring had with us was amazing in all avenues of the job, from pricing to explaining the process. The young man who sanded down the floors, was kind, helpful, understanding, and explained each step to me. He was also very helpful with me choosing a new stain color. We are beyond happy with the final results of our now BEAUTIFUL wood floors, what a change thanks to Monroy Flooring. We are beyond happy with Monroy Hardwood Flooring!!
