I just completed a purchase using Phill Bukowski as my lender. I cannot recommend him more. I have friends who have used lenders and had very unsettling experiences, and this could not have gone any better. I wish I had known him back then so that they didn't have to go through what they went through! Upon first contact with Phill, I could tell that he was just a genuinely good guy. He was really responsive from the get-go, and was quick and confident in answering all of my questions. The more I worked with him, the more satisfied I felt in choosing him as my lender. This is my third time purchasing a home (in addition to one refinance), and no lender I have worked with has even come close to doing as great of a job as Phill. If you have a friend or family member who needs a lender, please send them to him. You can rest easy knowing that they aren't going to be dealing with some sales-y, slimy, dishonest lender. He is an honest guy, and he's very straight forward and authentic. Very difficult to deal with, escrow department does not do their due diligence to evaluate accounts, they prefer to keep $$ on hand until they decide to audit their accounts once a year. Their regulations apparently surpass State laws and regulations for SHEVD (Homestead Exemption for Veterans with Disabilities). Looing forward to re financing with someone else.

I worked with Rick Litton and Nic Seibert on my loan and could not have been happier with the process from start to finish. They were exceedingly friendly, helpful and worked efficiently to process our loan quickly and painlessly. We had a relatively short amount of time between when our purchase contract was signed and the closing, but they didn't bat an eye. Most of us don't go through the mortgage process too often so it's important to work with a team that you can trust and that is responsive. Rick and Nic were all that and more. I'll also throw a shout-out to FCM's app, which lets you check on the status of your loan on-demand, 24/7, and updates you when you move on to the next step of the process. It also contains resources and definitions to all of the terms that come up in the mortgage process that I was a little fuzzy on.

I had the best experience working with Mark Fritsch and Jacquie Martino when getting a mortgage pre approval and also working with them as my fiancé and I closed on our new home. Mark and Jacquie were constantly in contact with us, and answered any and all questions we had at ALL hours of the day. We never met with either of them in person, even during the closing because of COVID, but they had so much communication with us that meeting them didn't make a difference in the quality of work they did. I am beyond thankful for them and Mark helped us get a great interest rate. The online portal we uploaded all of our docs to was super easy to use and user friendly, and they also allowed us to email extra docs they needed if we wanted. We were also able to sign all important disclosures remotely, and the process was so simple. Overall, we are extremely pleased with everything they did for us, and they made closing on our first home so smooth and easy. Thank you both for all you do =) I cannot recommend them enough.

Super friendly service but don't trust them! Had I not questioned my situation and gone to another lender with questions shortly before closing, I would have paid thousands more in unnecessary fees and been stuck with a substantially higher interest rate. They tried to fast track me into a loan and positioned it as my only option. Too much deceit and misrepresentation to even explain here - run away as fast as you can!

Process was quick and painless; had to accumulate and send the typical income verification and other doucmentation, and First Centennial took care of the rest. Very competitive rates, no pressure, and Tom and Cherie kept me informed throughout the process. Definitely check with them if you're lloking to obtain or refinance a loan!
