I just completed a purchase using Phill Bukowski as my lender. I cannot recommend him more. I have friends who have used lenders and had very unsettling experiences, and this could not have gone any better. I wish I had known him back then so that they didn't have to go through what they went through! Upon first contact with Phill, I could tell that he was just a genuinely good guy.
