Wonderful! Hairdresser listened to the list of items I wanted done for my hair and was extremely patient. She did not rush towards the end either and was gentle on my hair even though they were about to close. The ladies attitude was alot nicer compared to Park Jun's hair salon as well.

I asked for a haircut below my shoulders and I left with a bob. I was not happy but what can she do? Make my hair grow back right then and there? She took my hair and razored most of it off minutes after sitting down. My hair was really long when I walked in so there was a lot to work with, no reason to have left with a bob. It’s really sad. I paid $75 and I left sad. I recently washed my hair and I’m discovering random short pieces around my head. I asked for a trim if anything, my hair thinned and face framing pieces. I really think she went with what she wanted to do. My hair is anything but thinned and trimmed. I’m really sad. I only get a haircut once a year and I had to leave with a bob. You guys should really stop initially razoring off all the hair and calling it “cutting off some hair” because all my hair was essentially gone. My hair is still thick and my bob is so round for some reason. The random short pieces in the back of my head is so ugly, I have had to straighten my hair every morning since this tragedy happened. I thought I had made it clear I did not want my hair too short. It is really sad and I think she really had no concept of what I wanted. I can’t go back

I asked for a ½-inch trim and to keep my existing style, but that is not what I got. Significantly more length was removed, and the shape was changed without discussion or confirmation.
The ends were heavily texturized, leaving the haircut uneven and wispy rather than clean and full. I left feeling that my request was not listened to.
Jennifer, the owner, was the stylist for my appointment, which made this experience especially disappointing. I expected clearer communication and greater care given her role and experience.
A haircut should reflect respect for the client’s instructions. Unfortunately, correcting this will require additional time and expense at another salon.

Jennifer is my #1 stylist. She knows how to give you a style that matches your features and your lifestyle. Easy on the go style. Very quiet, clean anf organized. Sean her husband is very entertaining and very friendly. They are a great team. I always leave happy and always return. 5+ years of coming her and I'm extremely happy with the services Jennifer provides.

My family and I have been going to her salon here and there throughout the years. Their service is very attentive and polite. The inside is very clean as well. I believe many of the bad reviews are due to the cultural differences and language barrier. They are a Korean ran business, please try to understand they are trying their best to accommodate you but there may be some misunderstandings. If anything it's always best to have a picture of what you want if you are going to any salon to get your hair done. They have very reasonable prices for their color and cuts. I got my hair cut and colored there a while back and it was one of the best cut and color I have gotten. Definitely planning on going again to get my hair cut the next time I'm in town.

After a long time I did hair cutting at Jennifer’s hair salon, Jennifer did awesome job, she was listening to my opinion and did the hair cut, must recommend this place. Thank you so much Mr. Shaun and Mrs. Jennifer, will come back soon.
