You keep disconnecting the call and refuse to answer the number you gave us to call. You continue to send childcare payment request forms for an employee that worked for a week, a couple years ago and threaten to penalize $100 a day if the form is not correctly filled out on time. Then you refuse to answer the phone! You were notified that this employee is no longer employed at the business.This is harassment! If an alternative number is called, it says to press all these numbers that do not pertain to the call for 20 min and then will drop you after waiting forever.
