I previously reviewed that Floorguard refused to remedy the wrong color applied to my garage floor. They have now agreed to redo the project and correct it to my satisfaction! Staff has been extremely professional and helpful!

I would say I love the floor. There are things about this as a process that could be better, but all in all the floor is great. Contractually, you need to know they will leave behind heavy bags of some stinky material. My garbage bin was loaded with them and if I were not physically capable, I wouldn't have been able to move the bin. I think a heads up regardless what the contract says would be a good policy. I was gone for a week and one bag and a box were left in my driveway I guess after they filled my barely moveable bin up (for a week). This is a great product. Job looks great, but there are pieces in the process that could be better. Oh, if you aren't home they will charge your credit card before you say ok on the final payment. I found that shocking given I talked to the office person about that very thing. Fortunately, I like the floor. 4 stars if for installer and finished job.

I am very impressed with the way Floorguard responded to our initial dissatisfaction with their floor product. They understood our concerns and they took quick decisive actions to ensure our satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend Floorguard Products for your flooring needs!
