My Mom's washer, and dryer both broke down on Mother's Day Weekend. The washing machine was just clogged filters. No parts needed. The dryer needed a thermal fuse, and cycling thermostat. They had the fuse in stock. The thermostat took a couple days. No big deal. I just got the job done tonight, and the dryer is working great! The staff members were awesome. I highly recommend this place.
Rick could not have been more helpful, showing my husband and I the different "risers" we could purchase for our washer and dryer! And the gentlemen who installed it were consummate professionals, on-time, quick and unobtrusive. Would return to this location for any future appliance needs!
We've purchased appliances from Rick for about 20 years which goes back to his old location at 75th & Naper. They have experienced installation & repair techs, replacement parts available and if a recall or warranty issue should arise with a product, they take care of it. This is not a discount store, but if you want the right product at the right price installed by the right person, than this is the right place for appliances. We've had nothing but good experiences and great service dealing with them over many years.
