This was my first time getting a piercing at a tattoo shop, they made sure I felt comfortable and told me everything they were going to do before and during my piercing. The staff was amazing, and the shop itself was very clean! Will come again in the future.

I gave Chi-Town 5 stars because, I been here multiple times good service coming in and going out, Ricky the body piercer explains everything you have to do to take care of your piercer and always in a good mood. I have 6 piercings done with him they were all done right never had a problem thats why i keep going back! I highly recommend coming there❤️.

i’ve come here before for piercings and was thoroughly impressed at the atmosphere and professionalism at the shop, first time getting a tattoo by them today and i am proud to say that they have gotten a customer for life, the design made for me is simple but watching it literally come to life on my back has been so cool and this has been such an amazing experience and i will never not rave about these guys!!
