My air conditioner decided to stop & Buchner’s dispatch a technician quickly, he arrived promptly. Michael was so professional, with impeccable decorum, turns out Michael had been in the AirForce & it showed! Sadly, I had a brand that they really didn’t service but he tried to be of service and gave me brilliant advice! He told me to start by finding the warranty and made sure I had model number, serial number. Above and beyond my expectations! After he left I tried to search for it everywhere, no luck. Buchner replaced the furnace and a/c in my house. Workers were on time; they covered all their walk and work areas with tarps; work was completed ahead of expected time frame. The operation of the new thermostat was explained to me.

We used Buchner Plumbing to install new toilets in our home. Everything about the experience was professional and well done. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after the work. They were reasonably prices. We've used Buchner for our heating and a/c, as well. I trust this company and its employees.
