Horrible experience today. I am a current patient. I called in tears about a possible meniscus tear and told them I needed an emergency appointment. They claimed not to have one. Said I could come in tomorrow after 2pm which isn’t good. The person who answered the phone sounded bored and unconcerned about my condition. Not sure if I’ll be returning after this experience.

I dont usually post negative reviews but this place is terrible. Do yourself a favor & avoid it at all costs. We had an appointment for our newborn and so I took my work break during this time. Our appt was for 130pm. We arrive early and no one is at the front desk to check us in. Finally the reception comes to her desk and checks us in. We fill out the information. Mind you we could not fill out the information online beforehand to save time because they input our information wrong. At 2pm we ask how much longer the wait would be and the reception said another 20-30 min. We ask to speak to the manager. Manager comes out & cares even less than the receptionist....read full review

Dr. Jin is very bias. He compares my fibromialgia with his, he's given me medication that triggers my other illnesses and he does not listen to absolutely anything I tell him. He acts like I'm a complete idiot when it comes to my own health issues. Constantly belittling me. I always walk out feeling worse about my health and myself esteem. He is also horrible at prescribing meds when needed. There's e medications I can't miss doses.on and he'll go weeks without refilling them.
