We've been utilizing John's kenneling services for probably over 10 years now. When we have picked up the dogs, they are always well and happy to see us. Also the prices are very competitive and the facility is local to where I live. He has also been happy to do last minute accommodations when i have had to do that. It is not a fancy dog hotel nor are there a bunch of bells and whistles but John is attentive, professional and calm which is a good quality to have when working around dogs. I used to accompany my mother when I was just a kid dropping off the family dog that was maybe 10 years ago just came back as an adult with my very own dog and man was the owner super friendly he seen my puppy and already off the back he knew what I had in mind but he verified with us what exactly I wanted and gave us very helpful tips and advice for his specific breed and coat (Cocker spaniel) my dog went in looking like a frizzy pillow and came out looking sculpted you can tell the dog was refreshed and very relaxed :) price range is understanding considering you don't have to deal with a mess and cost of supplies I'm also very thankful we have such a nice groomer! My son took ( gucci) our schitzu man when i tell u Kennels was God sent ?. I have been taking Mr. gucci to his vet, paying almost 300 for sedation to put him to sleep and groom him. No one else would groom him cause he was too nippy. I called many many places we tried grooming him ourselves, and 2 cutter machines stopped functioning omg i was desperate. Kennels cut guccis hair perfect and gucci was soo happy coming back. Now he dont know what to do with himself getting on my beds on couches since his hair cut.
