Diego is absolutely incredible with my cat, Boba! I’ve been bringing Boba to Diego for quite some time now, and he consistently does an amazing job. He is always warm, patient, gentle, and clearly very experienced with cats. Diego’s attention to detail is outstanding, and you can tell he genuinely cares about every animal he works with. He is exceptional at what he does, and I highly recommend him to every cat parent!
The entire staff is also wonderful. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They always make the experience easy and pleasant, and it is clear that the whole team takes pride in providing excellent service.
They were very good to work with us because we had another groomer cancel day of and our dog really needed attention. Even though they were not able to groom him day of (Saturday), they were able to help us and give him a bath, blow dry, paw trim, nails, and tooth brushing. We have not been here in the past but I am considering making it our usual place.
Always feel comfortable dropping Junebug off for grooming! Staff are welcoming and caring in making the experience positive for Junebug! Great customer service and excellent service staff!!
