Adrian, the owner of A&O Group, is amazing. I thought that I needed to buy a whole new computer, however, he diagnosed my computer as having a bad hard drive. He was able to clone my bad drive and get all of of my data onto a new hard drive. He saved me hundreds of dollars. Now my computer works better than ever. And we communicated verbally and remotely, as he did a clean sweep of my computer checking for viruses. I live in another state, and he did it all. His customer service is beyond fantastic. Adrian was always my “go to” computer guy when I lived in Illinois, and he still is, even though I now live in Tennessee. I recommend Adrian wholeheartedly... read full review

A&O Group is amazing and their customer serving is excellent. Every time I called they answered or return the call in a reasonable time. They fixed the problem at a very reasonable price, and time, and told me what went wrong in a simple manner and straight forward. I am happy I chose this place to help me fix my laptop.

Great experience! My hard drive in my desktop went out, and I was able to get my computer in immediately. They called me by the end of the day that it was fixed and ready for pick up the next day!
