I had tried contact lenses decades ago and gave up because I could never find a pair that fit right. When he suggested I try again, I was skeptical, but he found a new brand and gave me samples to test. I struggled to get them in at first, so I brought a mirror he taught me himself. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he was patient with me despite my long fingernails. He showed me how to clean my hands properly, which solutions to buy, and why each step mattered. He also let me test a few different lens strengths until we found the right fit for my eyes. Dr. Jason Brand handled getting the contacts ordered for me, and his assistant Michelle made the whole process smooth. She checked stock, was transparent about cost, gave me a timeline, and kept me updated. Between the doctors' skill and the staff's communication, this office earned my trust. Everyone at the front desk and office was very helpful. Also the doctor was very detailed explaining the procedure throughout the lasik surgery. The other doctor on the follow up appointment was also very nice.
