I am a tenant having issues with my new water heater tripping the breaker. Of course over a holiday weekend. On the bright side it was under warranty. I was given a 4 hour window for arrival and received a call at the beginning of the window. WIN! The technician, Ryan, was kind, respectful, clean, informative and helpful. I have extremely hard water, 47! IYKYK, he changed an element, helped me adjust my softner and diagnosed a weak breaker. He would have changed the breaker but the replacement has to be ordered. AND he took my old water heater for a very minimal fee. He made the appointment EASY not stressful at all!! Service and knowledge matter. Thank you!
The technician was very polite and courteous. He came when he said he would and had the repair fixed within minutes.
Even though I gave this 4 stars I did have a terrible time getting through to the Rheem company to activate my warranty. I was without hot water for 10 days because you have to sit on hold forever and I was having a terrible time trying to get through.
Jason did a great job. He was efficient, careful and clean. He explained everything I needed to know about our new unit very clearly. Everyone at US Water Heating was patient and helpful. I am very glad I called US Water Heating to replace our old water heater.
