When I returned to the shop, they were able to find my ticket immediately and further adjusted my items, free of charge. Very impressed by their service and dedication to customer satisfaction!!! :)

The entire process of getting my wedding gown tailored was so straightforward and I felt that every employee I worked with was committed to helping me. No request was too big, and the results were incredible. I am so excited for my big day wearing a dress I truly love!

Sylvia’s Tailor did a fantastic job fixing my bridesmaid dress - it was too long and big and they did a great job on the first try and steamed the dress. They were quick and professional. 5 stars!!
