I recently switched to this practice because of Nina, whom I absolutely love and have been seeing for years . The practice is excellent, and they have now become my go-to dermatology office.
Have been trying to obtain a copy if my bill for over 3 weeks. Can never get someone to answer calls in Billing, always get a recording they're unavailable. Left several messages; no return calls and no bills received in the mail. Very frustrating as I can only access my funds with insurance for 4 more days; the end of 2023. Then I will have to pay out of pocket. Unacceptable
A Dermatolgy Doctor that is insensitive to his patients I have been going to this practice for 20 years and have always had very good service but not anymore. I had two tags that I requested be removed and was told that insurance didn't cover and I had to pay. For 20 years this was not their policy and they would take care of it. Now it requires payment out of pocket with no explanation. I had a full body inspection that took 3 minutes how thought was this? My wife and a friend had the same thing happen to them. I will not use them in the future or my friend or wife.
