The receptionist and assistants are very nice also Dr.Julia is amazing. The main reason why I didn’t leave a five star review is because it’s so hard to get a call back! I have left varies voicemails regarding a prescription. My insurance company has reached out multiple times as well. I have been waiting on my prescription since October and nothing has been done as of yet I am very frustrated with this situation and I have never had a problem before until now.
They do not return your call. Very disappointing practice today. In the past before the founding Dr left it was well run. Now you don’t matter. Don’t bother with this clinic
Similar experience to others. Having had skin cancer 25 years ago I have seen a lot of dermatologists. This used to be a great practice. But last couple years drs and staff have changed over and I can’t even seem to get a phone call back anymore. Appointments run crazy late. Tired of it and moving to a different practice that puts patients first
