I ended up staying 2 hours instead of the advertised 1.5 hours. I spent the last 30 minutes 99.5% relaxed and meditating. The yoga routine was the first time I was able to sit directly on my heels while kneeling, which has been a goal of mine for a couple years!

I have been going to this studio for almost a year now and I love it. Before coming here the only yoga I new, was the one offered in fitness clubs. Well this one is completely different. First and most important, you are being taught by a real yogi from India. You get lots of personal attention and the teacher customizes the practice for each of his students. It's great! And you can tell that by the number of people that come to the studio. Sometimes it gets crowded (especially on Saturday mornings), but the studio is open 7 days a week, so everyone can be accommodated.
