Eric, was on time, courteous, and thorough. He replaced the top and sink of an existing bathroom vanity. He also replaced the faucet cartridges in two separate bathrooms. The price, compared to another firm, was very reasonable. Overall, pleased with the job done. Would definitely use Rocket Plumbing and Eric, again.
From booking through Vicky, to service by Trevor, Jo-el and Hugo, everyone was great on my line jetting and basin drain. Hard working, good communication no BS or upselling. Line trouble identified and will work with them and the city to rectify it. A pleasant surprise to find Rocket Plumbing.
I noticed some water damage on the ceiling below my upstairs bathroom.. I started my search online for a new plumber and chose rocket plumbing because of all the positive reviews I was seeing- the reviews aren’t wrong.
I called in the late afternoon, the receptionist was very kind, helpful, and she was able to send a plumber out the next morning. The plumber, Geoffrey was professional, knowledgeable and patient (I had probably a million questions throughout the whole process since I was communicating the situation with my husband over text, he is the one who typically takes care of these things).
