Full review with photos on yelp. The gist of it is that they ripped adhesive tape off my dog leaving her skin raw and hairless. Horrible. Can never trust them again with the safety and care of my sweet baby.

Amazing experience getting an international health certificate for my pets flight. All the staff and Dr. Dodin are all so nice and gentle with the animals. They prepared all our paperwork and made sure nothing was missing.

We honestly cannot recommend Prospect Animal hospital any higher. Dr Dodin and her staff are outstanding and truly care about animals. We recently say goodbye to our 13-year-old golden retriever. It was extremely hard experience for our family and Doctor and her team treated us and our dog, Dottie, so well. During her time with cancer, the doctor and her team went out of there way to celebrate our dog whenever she visited the office. Our dog loved it and our family did as well. They treat their pets like their own and that is what you want with dealing with a treasured member of the family. Doctor Dodin is very knowledgeable and the kind of person you immediately feel comfortable with. If you have a dog you love, I highly recommend bringing them here. You won’t be disappointed.

We’ve been bringing our dog to Prospect Animal Hospital for many years, and we seriously can’t thank them enough. Dr. Dodin is amazing and she truly cares about our dog like he’s her own. The whole staff is just as wonderful. Everyone there is warm, patient, and always goes out of their way to make sure our dog is comfortable and well cared for. He’s 15 now and still doing great, and a huge part of that is because of the care he gets here! I highly recommend Prospect Animal Hospital.

Very dirty place… They don’t really know what they’re doing. Staff is not trained and everyone says something different. It comes from lack of management.

Dirty facility and staff lacks personality. Never really answered questions which was concerning for a family who has a dog for the the first time in 10 years. Had to ask for records more than once. Just overall not a warm feeling. I do not recommend this place at all.

Very unprofessional. I pre paid for a fecal sample and they told me I had 30 days to drop it off then when I dropped it off, they informed me their lab changed their policy recently to a 28 cut off. I was not aware of such policy change yet they wanted me to pay the fee again to send the sample to their lab. Just lost a customer.

Diane- I'm sorry you feel that way; however, your response to my review was a blatant lie. Bentley and Izzy are currently up to date on their state mandated vaccine (rabies). They both have the 3 year vaccine which YOU administered on November 14th, 2022. Which means Bentley isn't due for rabies until November 14, 2025. The other ELECTIVE vaccines you suggested I give Bentley I declined on 3 different occasions (may 7th at his annual visit, and 2 more times on the phone with your staff). I think others should know how your business withheld allergy medication from an animal just so you can get an extra dollar on vaccines that aren't even mandatory or necessary. In Illinois, the only vaccine that is legally required for dogs is the rabies vaccine. You might want to educate yourself in the future. Have a great day!
