Our early summer was paused abruptly by a cold snap, during which the boiler didn’t go on. The Paragon technician was here within a day to correct the problem, replacing the part and getting our boiler back up and running. Would definitely recommend.
I am so pleased with my Bosch HVAC system purchased from Paragon Heating, Cooling, and Tankless and installed by them in Oct. 2025. The system is excellent and my heating bills have gone down. Technician Chris did routine maintenance today, and he is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional and answered any questions I had. I am 100% pleased with my purchase from Paragon and their outstanding service here in Chicago.
Our technician, Tatsu was great! Our furnace stopped working and he quickly identified the problem and gave us a couple of options to consider. Also, he was polite and respectful of our home and the way he talked to me-professional to layman.
He answered all of my many questions-just a really nice guy.
