1. In January I visited dr Forte who's good. I have a list of my symptoms to a receptionist and she gave it to an M.A. but my Dr. said she couldn't receive it. I reported it to find out the reason why, but so far for 5 nonths I heard nothing!
2. On May 11th, I mailed a form to my Dr to sign it and fax it to a place. It could be delivered the next day because I delivered it from a post office near 4miles from the clinic in Arlington Heights.
But when I called on 14th, Marilyn said she'll find out and give me a call.
But so far today 20th, she never returned to me even if I left a message to her on 18th and 19th !

I recently visited Cook County Health which is my child’s doctor. Every time I go , I am treated with respect from the Doctor, the nurses, From Yvette, and Melinda the receptionist, and the staff. Even the security guard treats my family with respect. My child’s doctor answers our questions fully, explains our options, and listens to my concerns. A special thank you to Dr. swati Bhobe. She cares about her patients and takes all of our concerns seriously. I usually do not trust doctors but when I bring my child to this clinic I know we are in good hands from the way they treat us.
