I’ve been going to APT (Lurie’s) for over a year and a half now and they are amazing. My daughter flourished with PT OT and speech. Very effective therapists and personable. Not like the hospital therapies at all. They truly care.

Kind, flexible, and helpful staff. Billing department is pretty terrible. Therapists are mediocre, not bad but there are better options in town.

My son goes for OT and PT. Hilda and Rachel W are amazing therapists. The front desk is friendly and always there to help me with scheduling and billing. Thank you for all you do for our son!

My little guy has been seeing Lisa Curtis. She is wonderful! He's come so far, and he just loves his time with her. We haven't had appointments with any of the other therapists, but from what I've observed in the waiting room, they love what they do and care about their patients. Thank you, guys.

Clinicians are very inexperienced and not knowledgeable. My report took 7-8 weeks for them to say he did not qualify? We were tested elsewhere had report and services begin within 10 days. DO your self a favor AND GO ELSEWHERE.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with my son’s speech therapist, Lisa Curtis! He’s seen her for over a year and has improved greatly. They have lots of different gyms and activities to make it fun for the kids, and he really enjoys his time there!

Our son has gone here for most of his life and we love the staff and treatment he receives. He is cared for and the team is invested in his development and future.

I would not recommend this place. They deeply care only about the money, My son was sick and i need to cancel three appointments after they took him away from therapy service and placed him back in the waitlist without even letting me know.ReplyIf that’s policy you should let parents know. I especially called in and asked Erin about canceling appointments and she confirmed that my son won’t be back in waitlist because he is sick. Laura from the front office confirmed too. Anyways this is just heads up for the other parents. Thanks for your reply.
