The check in lady was really sweet…she told me the buy one get on free is not only just used once…but if you brought in 4 items like 2 blazers and 2 dresses ….you would one pay for 1 blazer and one dress. Also the man checking me out was very kind. Wish I would have gotten their names because they both were so nice and friendly.

Love this place! It should go without saying that the clothes should be clean and nicely pressed, and they always are. But the convenience of being able to drive up and have them bring them out, is next level! Not to mention that you can pick up at all hours of the day or night if necessary.

I took my wedding gown here to get steamed and pressed after a different cleaner messed it up. Tide did a wonderful job! The woman who took my dress in was so courteous and paid great attention to my concerns and needs. I will definitely use Tide for my future needs. I think the pricing is very fair for the results.
