My daughter has braces from Kaplan. Her wire snapped over weekend. Dr Kaplan was out on vacation. Dawn B (shout out to her) stayed after early closing at noon and put in new wires on my daughter’s high school lunch break. Thank you so much Dawn (B) and Kaplan for your service to the AH - community and for everything you and your Team provides!
I had the best experience with Kaplin Orthodontics! I was very nervous moving to a new area and finding an Orthodontist who would be able to take over my treatment plan for my teeth. Since the first to my last appointment Kaplin and the ladies in the office were always so kind! I never had to wait long for an adjustment so I could easy swing by there on a lunch break. Getting an appointment was never hard either so for the rare occasion of a bracket breaking I never had to wait to get an appointment scheduled. I truly can't recommend them enough!
I came here to get a retainer made. I had braces years ago (from a different orthodontist back home) and wanted to make sure my teeth didn't drift as I age. Dr. Kaplin and his staff were all so nice, helpful, and professional. I got my retainer and have been very happy with it.
