“I have been buying Park Lane for almost a year. I have purchased MANY of their pieces and I LOVE them all. If ive had an issue with anything breaking, they take care of it immediately. All i had to do was pay to ship it back. I had a piece come damaged. I emailed them immediately and they sent a new one out and told me to keep the damaged one. I have had a rings finish start to wear off, but I left it in the bathroom for a couple of days. They say not to keep it in any humid area, so I feel it was my fault, but I contacted them and since it was within the 120 days, i was able to ship it back and get a replacement..even though it was my fault. I LOVE the quality and craftmanship of Park Lane. It is high quality, designer fashion jewelry. They also use many genuine stones like turquoise, agate, granite and amazonite. “
