I was with with Impressive Smiles for 10 years untill my dental insurance changed. My new insurance provider said Impressive Smiles are out of network. So I went to a new dentist for a cleaning and they didn’t clean my teeth, but gave me a list of $4500 in new dental work I needed to do. Called Impressive Smiles for second opinion, they got me in that week. They also contacted my insurance provider without me asking and confirmed Impressive Smiles actually were in network! Turns out I really only needed $240 in dental work. My whole family has switched back and we will never leave. I went in as an emergency visit because my mouth was killing me and they were so nice to squeeze me and I ended having a wisdom tooth removed, it quick and easy but the stand was awesome and they were wonderful. They even addressed my concerns to ensure that everything went well.
