It was my first and last experience with this salon. Instead of scissors Stylist Asha was using hair trimmer constantly hurting my neck with the blades . After I told her that it’s uncomfortable and blades do burn Asha said that it’s impossible and probably I’m too sensitive. I asked if she can use scissors and was told to trust her 20 years of experience. I left without completing the service
