I was greeted by a warm and friendly smile by a customer service rep as I walked through the door. The CSR came right over to help, immediately looked up my pickup order, retrieved it, and sent me on my way. As I walked out, I couldn't believe I was in Grainger. I go here to pick up the industrial supplies that are more difficult to find, mainly safety equipment. I may have to come here more often. At least this well run location ( I've been to some locations that were PIA).

I called Grainger today with some very detailed product questions. They immediately answered the phone and got me to someone who was incredibly knowledgeable about every product. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in years.
