See Larry who's very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. No matter what he's doing he'll always greet you when you arrive. The vinyl plank flooring looks great! I needed vent covers and he was able to track them down and have them available in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Arlington Heights location.

LL Flooring provided excellent products and superior customer service. Although the store is often busy, the staff is totally professional and they give undivided attention to the customer they are serving. Their records are impeccable and their product knowledge is impressive. I am thrilled with my new vinyl plank flooring.

The staff at the Arlington Heights location was truly top notch. Laura, Brian and Chris are so knowledgeable. They guided me in choosing the right materials for a staircase remodel after carpet had been removed. LL Flooring is doing the installation, and I can't wait to see how the new red oak retreads transform the entrance of our home. Special thanks to Brian for locating the materials in the Rockford store instead of just saying, "We are out of stock." Customers will get honest and attentive help from the folks at this store - recommend them highly.
