Our Condominium Association is made up of 3 buildings with 205 residential units. Juan Corona and his team have been providing services for over 5 years for us. They have completed projects such as masonry restoration, brick repair and replacement, tuck pointing, and general maintenance on the outside and inside of all of our buildings, including underground garage maintenance. They are prompt, perform the work in a well mannered and on time performance, reasonable in cost and explains in detail what and how needs to be corrected, including photos in their proposals.
