Very unhappy with the way that the business changed after Felicia sold the business to Holly, the current owner. Felicia was thorough and conscientious in her work. She was also more reasonable with her pricing. The new owner is very expensive, but also crabby and bit gruff in dealing with her clientele. The business has a different feel and is just not the same... very disappointing and expensive! Not at all inviting or a place that I would choose to go back to.
Felicia is an honest, thorough and caring professional and takes great pride in what she does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
