Our small association signed the contract with "Black Square" back in November of 2018 with tentative start of job in July of 2019. In July the owner informed that the start day would be postponed due to unfavorable spring weather and therefore incomplete job on another big project. We were in contact during the entire summer. Every time Maryan, the owner was telling that we need to wait until he finishes another big project. The last text message along with pictures from his vacation (!) I received on September 19th with guarantee that "Black Square" will start our project in October(!).
