We had 18yr.old hardwood floors, our dishwasher damage and warped the wood. Our floors now look brand new! The workmanship and stain looks impeccable. The estimate was straight forward, fair and great communication through the entire process. We highly recommend using Arlington Hardwood Flooring!

I would like to give Sam Cuicio a 0. Had our house in disrepair for months after we were told it would take weeks. Sam will hook up to your breaker with aligator clips while the faceplate of your breaker is left off using no surge protection. His dust free is hardly dust free. Sam will also turn your heat way up because he likes to leave doors open. His crew was far from what was described on his site. Sam damaged my house and left swirl marks on what he called a finished product. BUYER BEWARE.
Sam will respond to this and say that I am his competition and he never did work by someone from this name. If you choose Arlington Hardwood flooring you will also see Sam makes every excuse in the book and never takes ownership of any of his mistakes. Proceed at your own risk or you could just get multiple quotes.

The owner Sam and his Team were all very professional. They did an amazing job reviving some very old hardwood floors. I'm actually amazed at what they accomplished.
There was also a pretty big area in a closet that was missing wood from a previous repair under the floor that must have been done years ago. They replaced all the wood in the closet, and you can't even tell that its new wood compared to the rest of the bedroom. The transition is seamless.

Sam and his crew are very professional and did a fantastic job. We purchased a home and the floors needed refinished. Sam was very helpful in choosing what color would be best for the floors we have and explained everything well. Price was competitive with the other quotes I received. The floors turned out exactly like we’d hoped and a few months later they’re holding up great. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend!

I bought a house and upon getting inside, we realized the red oak hardwood floors were covered with some kind of top finish that was mixed with dog hair. There were some dingy areas from sun exposure and areas with darkening from water. I called them on a Monday morning, Sam came over that same morning and gave me a quote, and they started on Tuesday. The floors and stairs looked fabulous after their work! I was worried (ok, paranoid) about dust since I’m quite allergic. As a hobby woodworker with a lot of dust capture equipment, Arlington Hardwood must use some serious filters and vacuums because I didn’t think it was possible to leave that little dust behind. There was just a tiny bit on flat surfaces that had the consistency of flour. The floors are now gorgeous and I’m so glad we had them done before moving anything into the house. I only wish he did Zelle for payment. One thing I really like is that the owner actually does the work, so you know it will be done well, and you’re getting his experience.

5/16/2019-Got the estimate from who I believe was the owner. To help him with his schedule and what not we went away on Friday and Saturday giving him full access to the house. Long story short, we get a call that he can't finish the job because of a death and funeral he needed to attend. All that got done was a sanding job but no finish. During the conversation he began to threaten us when we told him to just walk away and we would not be paying the balance. We could not afford another 1 or 2 nights in a hotel )vapors) and giving the threats he first made to my son and then to me I wanted nothing more to do we this company. He thretend a contractors lien if we didn't pay him for "not" finishing the job. This guy was scum. Period. If this is a new owner then fine, but if its the same owner stay away. Anyone who threatens to sue you when they were at fault and refuses to compromise with you is not someone you should do business with.
