I’ve been coming here with my sister for about 2 years, so this was really disappointing.
I had a nail appointment booked two weeks in advance. I was asked to reschedule it earlier because the nail technician was leaving, and then I was asked again to come earlier. I explained that I would be in Chicago and couldn’t make an earlier time. The front desk employee responded, “Are you even going to be able to make it?” which I found rude and unprofessional. If a technician isn’t available during certain hours, those appointment times shouldn’t be offered.
Separately, I had my toes done and was unhappy with the result. I asked for cat-eye polish, but there was no visible shimmer or cat-eye effect. The polish looked splotchy, and my toenails were all shaped differently.
Between the poor quality of the pedicure and the way the scheduling situation was handled, this was a very disappointing experience from a salon I’ve supported for years.

I have been getting my nails done for about a year now and have nothing but positive things to say! They are very efficient, kind and have such a clean salon. Could not recommend enough!!

Been here twice by appointment both times, waited an hour the first time and walked out after 45 minutes the second time. Seems like having appointments doesn’t mean much here, or at best, their time management is unreliable. I won’t be coming back to risk wasting any more time.

Great spot for a girl's day at the nail salon. They are packed over the weekend, so I suggest making an appointment ahead of time. But the atmosphere is great and they are experts in their craft. They offer refreshments and always cater to your needs. Definitely would recommend.

Theyre really good, but the booking program doesnt let you cancel an appointment. Thats an issue because you end up double booking, because they didnt cancel it even when I called them to cancel because I booked another appointment. Please fix your online booking program. Thanks!

This nail salon is nice. I come regularly for a no chip pedicure from Tina and I can't recommend her enough. She does wonderful work from trimming and shaping the nails to applying the polish— her massage is just the right firm pressure to relax you and alleviate tension. I always look forward to my appointments!

Ever since I moved to Arlington Heights a year ago, this has been my go to salon and I’m so glad I found it! I’ve worked with both Kathy and Sara, and they are amazing. They’re incredibly respectful and pay great attention to detail, which I truly appreciate when it comes to my nails. I always leave feeling so happy and grateful, not only because my nails look beautiful, but because the experience gives me a little confidence boost. Thank you for being my “home” away from home whenever I need a beauty pick me up!💗

I was looking for nick he was on vacation I spoke to the manager and told him I need someone who can do stiletto nail he was confident Danny could do it I trusted him and Danny did a amazing job I usually had to go all the way to Chicago but he ace my nails I was amazed he also help me pick the right color I was looking for it looked great in a powder form. Thanks Danny keep up the good work
