They have many types of yoga including sound bath, aerial yoga, chair yoga and a floating sound bath. Instructors are excellent. I take weekly classes with Canella and have been practicing with her for over 15 years. No two classes are ever the same and yoga with her helps get me through the week.

I started going to Trilium because I was curious about aerial yoga. I started with the restorative class then added the regular aerial and then started exploring other classes. All the instructors are pros and make all levels welcome in the space. It's been great to dip my toe into something brand new to me. The class groups have all been great too. It's a very welcoming and supportive environment to challenge myself however much I'm up for on any particular day. Thank you!

I love Trillium. I have been going there for almost 2 years and I love ALL of the teachers. They have classes for all different levels and styles of yoga. This place has inspired me to at some point become a yoga instructor. I highly recommend going to Trillium. If you love yoga go there! ❤️?♀️
