Greetings. It's me again. I thought I'd drop back here leave a few follow-up comments on my dealings with Roberts Restorations. They were the installers of the roof a year-and-a-half ago that now sits atop my happy little house. It is so seldom these days that I feel moved enough to pen my praise of products I buy or services I've received. In looking back, Roberts Restorations deserves another mention. From my intial phone call made to the final nail driven to the end-of-job inspection, I couldn't have asked for more from Roberts. Thank you Roberts Restorations for working through the supply and weather delays to get our 4 skylights replaced just before the first big snow of the season. I'd also like to specifically thank the installation crew for working well past dark to finish the job.
Called Robert with a concern about snow and ice on my roof causing a leak. Robert was able to get back to me within 20 minutes of leaving the message, listened to my problem and then gave me a quick cost effective solution to fix the issue in the mean time. Best kind of customer service and professionalism.
