Dr. Michael is a good doctor. He listened & he let you speak. But I won’t be recommending this place to even visit nor to get take good care of. You will be encountering a lot of reasons. 1.)Start of calling and making appt. 2.)Communicating with any reasons to call(lock) And any Dr. & Nurse practitioner 3.) Poor customer service & poor etiquette of answering the phone, from the staff at front. They don’t have any type of equipment to have test in the clinic nor even takes about 20-30 with the Dr. appt.

They make you wait hours past your appointment. Don't give out appointments if you have no idea when you will see your patients. This isn't a emergency room

Constantly an hour plus past their appointment times like people don't have better things to do then to wait for these greedy people. If you can't keep your appointments maybe make less of them

I love the front desk ppl at this location they don't judge you don't add to your mental health issues they hear you and help no pass you to another random person like wauconda. Wait it always long no matter if you have an appointment owners practice over booking the doctors unfortunately but the doctors and nurses care and the front desk here truly does at this specific location!!

Originally had given a great review but the more I went here for both myself and my children the longer the wait times got, usually hours. Some providers are completely dismissive, talk down to you, and rush out of the room. They hand you a paper referral and if you need any help finding a specialist Kelly takes forever to contact you back and is incredibly unhelpful. Do not recommend wasting your time coming here.

I was very disappointed with the doctor on staff. He was rude to me and said this was not the place for me. That they don't and won't prescribed the medicines I have been taking for the past 8 months. Then this doctor said he would like for me to get a psychiatric evaluation. I'm 70 years old this month and have been under doctor's care for years. If I was nuts you'd think someone would have caught it by now. I was diagnosed with asthma as a child and Fibromyalgia 5 years ago, diabetes type II 1½years ago, plantar fasciitis right foot 3 years ago, ruptured achilles tendon 2½ years ago will not heal and now I need surgery. Also, torn Meniscus in my right knee and arthritis 5 months ago. Also Kidney Stones, Hiatus Hernia, None Alcoholic Fatty Liver and Osteoarthritis in my middle back just 4 months ago. So pain has been a big part of my life lately. I desperately need surgery on my right foot for the torn achilles tendon. Sadly, my foot doctor will not operate till I lose at least 100Lbs. So, I've been taking a medication to help control my appetite. It works really well for me I've lost so far 62Lbs, yey!!! The doctor at this office refuses to fill my prescription. But gave me a referral for a diet clinic. Diet clinics only want to prescribe Mounjaro and the alike, I guess that's where the money is at. As I said I have type 2 diabetes and have been in Ozempic for the last 1½ year. If I don't continu to lose weight I'll never get my much needed foot surgery. I can't walk or run to exercise to lose weight al I can do is control my eating. I've gain 4lbs since I started with this new doctors office. My last visit was Oct 30th I saw a PA this time she gave me 7 referrals. I think basically like telling me take your health problems somewhere else. And told me she doesn't know why the owner refuses to fill very necessary prescriptions. I've contacted my insurance company to help me look for a PPO near me that actually practices medicine. So, you'll have to decide on your own. Also, if anyone is ever interested in my medical history I have all the paper work, blood analysis, xrays, ultrasounds, MRIs, CT scans, EKGs, etc.

Arrived at 10.07am twice for a 10.15am appointment, the first time waited 2hours, and today it’s 11.30am and we still were not seen they said one more hour. Their excuse was they had only 2 providers instead of 3 but still let people who arrived at 11am go first. We tried to book for the next day but they had no availability and told us to come as a walk-in on Saturday and wait at the door at 8.50am “first corner first serve”.
