Since they moved to the old bank in Antioch they are a bit better. The wait times can be ridiculous. Last time I was sitting there for 2 hours. I had another engagement that I had to make so I started raising my voice. It was the only way they would listen to me. When you make an appointment for a certain time, it should be that time. There's one nice lady behind the desk. The rest of the receptionists are rude. I wish they could write 90 days scripts for certain medications. I have to go here though. I need my meds and it's the only close place that except my insurance. Sometimes beggars can't be choosers.

Well overdue review. Agree appointments times are long, however it's worth the wait. The doctor/PA's spend quality time with you and answer all your questions as well s prescribe all your medications, blood work is done on the spot unless fasting is required. The office manager Deanna is the best she goes out of her way to help you. Deanna has made my mom and my appointments a breeze and she has had the doctors call me back when needed as well as quickly get my referrals through. The woman knows her job and does it well! Dr. Alengo is a caring and friendly person. He's compassionate and really helps his patients. The lady's at the front desk are so sweet. I won't see another doctor ever.
