Mitch is amazing and his work is amazing. I live out of state and needed the carpet cleaned for my niece; it was in really, really bad shape. I contacted Mitch after hours, he immediately reached my niece and made arrangements to be there in 2 days, he showed up exactly when he said, sent me pictures and videos of the stains (really bad human excrement), called and discussed with me what he recommended, did the work, got everything cleaned up perfectly, then sent me the pictures and videos of the completed work!!!! Amazing. Then he sent me a bill, which I easily paid on line. His bill was exactly what he had quoted. I couldn't be happier and recommend his services.... read full review
