Colette & Ano Plumbing came over & knocked out our old home's pluming needs FAST. Should have got their names but the two Plumbers were professional, polite & kind. One repair had to be done in a tight corner of our crawl space but that didn't phase 'em, they corrected the problem and took great pics to show me their work (saving me from a nasty trip into the crawlspace! lol). Excellent communication from start to finish. Thank you for the great work, I will be using you again!!!
This business is owned and run by some of the nicest, good-hearted folks, and that reflects in their business practices! Always fair pricing, friendly, and timely. They've provided reasonable solutions to the few problems we've had in our new home - including how we could easily fix something ourselves, once, so we could avoid having to pay for a service call. Excellent business ! Called in the evening to report a possible sump pump malfunction; call was returned in the morning, and a serviceman was there by the early afternoon.
The serviceman determined that the pump was indeed broken ( it was 35+ years old ! ), and promptly replaced it with a much smaller and quieter pump.
Highly recommended.
